Before leaving the factory, each batch of products will also be sampled and tested, and the report content will be recorded in detail, such as name, specification, production date, testing basis and method, testing data and conclusion, inspection report number, inspector, and reviewer. For projects that cannot be self inspected, entrust third-party qualified inspection institutions to conduct inspections, etc., to ensure that all factory products are qualified.

The production department has divided the entire production process into three stages: pre production, production, and production completion, and corresponding control measures have been formulated for each stage. During the pre production material preparation stage, the workshop material requisition personnel fill out the Material Requisition Form based on the Production Task Form and collect the required materials and packaging materials from the warehouse. Strictly follow the relevant requirements of safety production management regulations during the production process to ensure accurate operation and timely recording. After production is completed, the production site should be cleaned according to the Clean Area Cleaning Standard Operating Procedures. The batch production records should be reviewed by the workshop director and submitted to the production department for initial review. After confirmation, they should be transferred to the quality department for review.
