Release time:2025-06-06

2025 marks the 30th anniversary of Wansongtang's founding. Thirty years strong, and embarking on a century-long journey!
To grandly celebrate Wansongtang's 30th anniversary, the group has decided to launch three major events: strategic root-finding, brand soul-building, and an anniversary celebration. These will run throughout the year, integrated into production, operation, management, and external publicity, continuously building momentum, gathering energy, and driving the 30th-anniversary celebrations to new heights.

Fifteen years ago, I entered Wansongtang as a driver. At the time, I never imagined that this company, which carries the legacy of traditional Chinese medicine culture, would become the cradle of my career, or a witness to my personal transformation. From chairman's driver to group vice president, to head of the group's production department, from administrative and logistical support to overseeing legal affairs and logistics across multiple departments, along the way, Wansongtang, to me, is not only a stage for striving, but also a school that has taught me responsibility, growth, and gratitude.

In 2010, I had the honor of joining Wansongtang as the chairman's driver. This seemingly simple position became extraordinary due to Chairman Shen's teachings and example. Chairman Shen often said: Small things reveal character; details show responsibility. He not only taught me how to conduct myself, but also involved me in meetings and client receptions, allowing me to learn through observation how to communicate with people and handle unexpected situations. After each task and outing, we would conduct a review and reflection, pointing out what was right and wrong regarding Wansongtang's corporate culture, and how to improve to make every task perfect. At that moment, I understood that, Wansongtang's "original intention" is not just about doing business, but about integrating Wansongtang culture into our very being. Wansongtang's corporate culture is a belief that every Wansongtang person embodies.

In 2012, due to company development needs, I transferred to administrative and logistical support. From arranging vehicle scheduling and coordinating departmental resources to handling employee cafeteria hygiene and dormitory safety, every trivial matter tested my patience and organizational skills.

In 2013, I took over food safety complaints and external liaison work. Initially, I was at a loss when facing consumer doubts and regulatory scrutiny. But a phrase from Chairman Shen enlightened me: To solve problems, you must first win hearts and minds, and earn trust through professionalism. Always prepare for the worst, but always strive for the best; the results will never be disappointing. I conducted in-depth market research, optimized the complaint response process, and even spent six years traveling across half of China for one case, ultimately saving the company from significant losses.

In 2015, the company built a new production workshop, and I participated throughout in layout design, construction supervision, and GMP certification. For three months, regardless of working hours, I checked every blueprint and every pipeline. When the workshop passed the audit and obtained the production license, Chairman Shen patted me on the shoulder and said, "You're not the same driver, Xiao Dai, that you once were."

In 2024, I was appointed Group Vice President, overseeing the Group's Production Department and supervising legal affairs, administration, and logistics across multiple departments. This role change gave me a deeper understanding of Chairman Shen's vision— For a company to grow, it must cultivate people who can shoulder responsibility. I promoted the establishment of cross-departmental cooperation mechanisms, spearheaded the development of standardized safety production processes, and even led the team day and night on the production line to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Wansongtang taught me: Logistics is not "behind the scenes," but the cornerstone of the company's operation. Challenges are catalysts for growth; professionalism is the source of confidence. Here, the warmth of a cup of tea, the brightness of a lamp, are all embodiments of Wansongtang's corporate culture.
Fifteen years, from driver to manager—the position changed, but the original intention remained. Chairman Shen's careful guidance taught me to "look ahead," the corporate culture taught me to "focus on the task," and Wansongtang's platform allowed me to truly understand the weight of "responsibility."

Here, I have seen the production workshop brightly lit at night, seen R&D personnel debating over product formula improvements, and seen sales teams rushing to the front lines... The "soul" of Wansongtang is the unity of a group of people thinking and working together, and the adherence to "making conscientious and reliable products."

Wansongtang's corporate culture has now become our code of conduct: upholding tradition while innovating, striving for excellence, and respecting life. Before every decision, I ask myself: "Am I living up to Chairman Shen's trust? Am I living up to the Wansongtang name?

People ask me: "What's the biggest gain from your fifteen years at Wansongtang?" I answer: "It's not the promotion, but becoming a purer, more resilient, and more grateful person."
The road ahead is still long, but I know that Wansongtang has given me not an end, but a new beginning. I will continue forward with this belief, because—Wansongtang is not only where I strive, but also my spiritual home.

This is "Wansongtang in my eyes."
