III. Thoughtful Seminars Empower Growth, and Expert-Led Sessions Broaden Perspectives
The conference convened a special symposium on “Great Intellectual Liberation, Extensive Methodological Debate, Accelerated Action, and Leap‑Forward Capability,” during which the Wansongtang elite team engaged in in‑depth discussions across eight key themes, including execution, innovation, strategic planning, and team learning. Drawing on their respective roles, participants dissected pressing challenges and offered constructive recommendations, pooling collective wisdom and efforts to forge a powerful momentum for the company’s continued progress.

This conference features a special lecture by brand strategy consultant Liu Jianfei, who will share practical insights on three core business frameworks—demand insight, product deep‑dive, and competitive analysis—while also expounding on the concept of full‑cycle career management. By addressing both operational performance and personal development, he aims to empower all employees and broaden their strategic thinking.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Chairman Shen Xianli, drawing on the broader context of contemporary development, urged all employees to be grateful for the times and seize emerging opportunities. Grounded in the brand ethos of “Land of Hope, City of Victory” (a play on words with “Wins Town”), he called on everyone to firmly embrace the conviction that “the mindset of winning must become a guiding belief.” He also distilled a replicable go‑global methodology from the “African Diary” and outlined new strategic priorities for the Group’s African operations. Furthermore, he squarely addressed six persistent negative corporate habits and proposed six personal‑cultivation principles, while clearly defining nine core tasks for the second half of the year to provide a clear roadmap for all staff. Chairman Shen emphasized that all colleagues must deeply internalize the spirit of the meeting, ensure the effective implementation of all strategic initiatives, and work together in unity to secure victory in the critical battles ahead.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Chairman Shen Xianli presented awards to three outstanding talents, urging all members of the family to emulate these role models and unite in striving for excellence.

IV. Rest and recharge amidst nature, then set sail once more on a new journey.
The two-day mid-year gala concluded successfully. To help ease work-related stress, the Group organized a leisurely outing to Beauty Valley for all employees. Amid the valley’s serene beauty—clear streams babbling and cicadas chirping—everyone immersed themselves in the picturesque landscape, relaxing body and mind and recharging amid nature.

This mid-year conference serves both as a review of the first-half achievements and as a rallying call to press ahead with the second-half’s critical challenges. Moving forward, all members of Wansongtang will uphold a spirit of pragmatism, embark on a fresh journey with a renewed mindset, accelerate transformation and innovation, and remain steadfast in our commitment to “winning battles.” We will steadily advance our market‑expansion strategies at home and abroad, continue to deepen our efforts in product development and brand building, and forge ahead with determination toward the Group’s medium- and long-term strategic goals.
