Looking back on Wansongtang's 30-year journey, from starting in a small workshop renting a two-bedroom apartment, to now having industrial layouts in multiple locations globally (Suizhou, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Bozhou, Shanghai, Hainan, Dalian, Hong Kong, Australia, Africa), and managing over 30 business units as a high-tech enterprise in the greater health industry, its leapfrog development is astonishing. This is a vivid portrayal of a company that "builds its foundation on resilience and strives for the distant future with passion."

Wansongtang is well-versed in the "immediate review" approach. I still remember when I first joined the company in 2003 and worked on the front lines of the workshop. Mr. Shen often organized short meetings for employees. Faced with challenges such as leakage in the company's founding product, "Old Smoker," he would personally go to the front lines, meticulously analyze the causes, and lead the team to discuss how to improve filling efficiency and equipment facilities. This hands-on "on-site approach" not only solved specific problems but also subtly instilled the logic and methods of problem-solving into the team's genes, vividly practicing the core spirit of Wansongtang's "passing the torch."

From "Old Smoker" smoking cessation products to "Banquet Companion Tea" and other series of healthy teas, to health foods, solid beverages, pressed tablets, and now soft candies, hard capsules, and soft capsules—Wansongtang is never content with the "comfort zone." As market tides surge, while peers are stuck in a single track, it breaks through with a strategy of "opening multiple categories and in-depth development," using the strategic clarity of "progress amidst change" to always stand at the forefront of industry trends.
