From July 24th to 26th, Wansongtang Group's 2025 mid-year work conference, themed "Setting High Goals and Embarking on a New Journey," was grandly held at the picturesque Tianyu Lake in Hanchuan. Elites and key personnel from various companies and departments of the Group gathered together to comprehensively review the achievements and shortcomings of the first half of the year's work, carefully plan the development path for the second half of the year, and conduct in-depth discussions on the Group's long-term strategic layout, consolidating consensus and strength for the next stage's sprint.

 

 

 

Day One: Review and Summary, Defining Direction and Gathering Strength

 

At the beginning of the conference, Chairman Shen Xianli delivered an opening speech, hoping that the various companies and departments of the Group would fully integrate and learn from each other, consolidating consensus in summarizing the past and calibrating direction in planning for the future. Group Vice President and Party Secretary Liu Bo mentioned that this mid-year meeting coincides with the 30th anniversary of the company's development, serving as both a "report card" for the first half of the year's work and a "training course" on strategic thinking. He called on all colleagues to both work diligently on execution and look to the future, accumulating strength for Wansongtang's next 30 years.

 

 

 

General Manager Guo, in charge of sales, legal affairs, and the Group's cost and profit group, gave a work report from the dimensions of market environment analysis, sales data analysis, and market development effectiveness. He pointed out that Wansongtang's strong growth in the first half of the year benefited from the company's precise decision-making and deployment, and even more from the sales team's "dare to try, dare to fight, and innovate" spirit.

 

 

Group Vice President Quan Lingjun focused on the work of the market department, sharing the practical results achieved in the breakthrough of core businesses and long-term layout in the first half of the year. His "short-term attack + long-term foundation-building" dual-track strategy laid a solid foundation for the Group's market expansion in the second half of the year. Subsequently, the general managers of the Suizhou, Wuhan, Guangzhou, and Shanghai companies and managers of various product categories successively made summary exchanges on their respective areas of responsibility. Data shows that under the severe market conditions, the Group still successfully achieved its goals for the first half of the year, which is both a solid proof of the team's combat effectiveness and the inevitable result of "top-down coordination and precise policy implementation," accumulating momentum for achieving the annual goals.

 

 

 

The various departments of the large production system reported that in the first half of the year, through deep cultivation of technological innovation, strict control of production, adherence to quality standards, and optimization of procurement coordination, they laid a solid foundation for development with pragmatic actions. The discussion on the operating management work in the first half of the year held that evening was lively. Elites from various units, focusing on the three major issues of "reasons and countermeasures for unachieved goals," "the root causes and countermeasures for the gap with peers," and "core issues that need to be addressed by the Group and various companies," worked together to analyze the problems, discuss solutions, and generate many constructive ideas.

 

Day Two: Strategic Empowerment, Collision of Ideas Activates Power

 

On the second day, Group Vice President Liu Bo gave an insightful strategic knowledge training session on two major themes: "Grasping Strategic and Tactical Coordination in Dynamic Balance and Structural Opportunities" and "Opening the Door to Team Success." The aim was to further enhance the team's strategic thinking, using the path of "setting goals, grasping the process, and achieving results" to consolidate consensus and strength for the Group's development.

 

 

In the afternoon's strategic seminar, a unique and unconventional debate PK competition became a highlight. Focusing on 20 strategic debate topics and 80 options related to industry positioning, market competition, brand, R&D, quality, production, marketing, personnel management, investment, and listing, the Group's elites actively participated, expressing their opinions and engaging in fierce exchanges. The collision of ideas demonstrated the vibrant vitality and proactive spirit of the Wansongtang team, providing diverse perspectives for the implementation of strategies.

 

 

Chairman Shen Xianli's summary report used "cultural brand" as a thread, starting from the self-awareness of "who I am," and used a film-like narrative approach to review Wansongtang's development over the past 15 years—major events, reform milestones, and development scenes were vividly presented. He emphasized that this history is both a continuation of the spirit and the driving force for moving forward. Day Three: Relaxing by the Lake and Mountains, Re-energized for the Journey Ahead

 

Enjoying Tianyu Lake amidst the mountains and lakes! On the last day of the conference, the Group arranged a relaxing trip to Tianyu Lake.
