Lu Wencai

Taking on multiple roles with a relentless, “bone-crunching” work ethic, this individual has spearheaded several innovative initiatives across the group, including drafting policy documents for the Marketing Department, coordinating and aligning operations across overseas (field-based) business units, and driving the implementation of management systems such as DingTalk Xiaoman. A true high performer, they consistently take on more responsibilities and move forward under heavy workloads.
Yu Shuanglong
Deeply engaged in packaging upgrades and provided end-to-end support for the overseas marketing efforts of the foreign trade team; established a new-media team, achieving record-breaking improvements in both the quality and quantity of overseas short-video content—ranging from creative concept development and filming to production and distribution—for brand storytelling and product promotion.
Wang Ning
The newly appointed factory manager demonstrates strong learning and communication skills, integrates quickly into the team, willingly takes on challenging responsibilities, and proactively tackles technical bottlenecks. Regularly working overtime and stepping in to cover night shifts for production staff, this individual ensures the factory operates efficiently and smoothly.
