My Perspective on Wansongtang | Sixteen Years Together: Writing a Professional Answer in Adherence and Transformation

The years have passed silently. As of today, I have spent sixteen years at Wansongtang. Looking back on this journey, from the chance encounter to our steadfast companionship, time has woven together my personal growth and the company's development into an inseparable bond of fate.
 

I. A Chance Encounter, Beginning a Chapter of Destiny
 

On the eve of the Dragon Boat Festival in 2009, newly arrived in Wuhan, I entered Wansongtang's recruitment site with a try-it-out mentality. The relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the office, the warm and welcoming smiles of the interviewers, seemed to have an invisible force that instantly brought me closer to this company. Thus, with anticipation and nervousness, I officially became a member of the Wansongtang family.

 

 

At that time, I was introverted and always felt that I was not up to the task of business work. However, President Shen's words enlightened me: "In sales, we should see ourselves as our clients' investment advisors, helping clients choose profitable products and consumers choose useful products. There's no need for 'trickery'." This sincere encouragement allowed me to put aside my worries and bravely take the first step. In just over a month after joining the company, I successfully secured an order of more than 200,000 yuan. This achievement was not only an affirmation of my abilities but also strengthened my confidence in pursuing a career in sales.
 

II. Role Transformation, Growth Through Practice

 

In 2013, a chance opportunity led me from a business position to a management position. Faced with new challenges, I was full of apprehension as a novice manager, unsure of where to start. At this critical moment, President Shen encouraged me again: "When you don't know what to do, start with every small thing at hand. If you do every small thing well, you will naturally manage the entire company well."


 

So, I started from the details: carefully following up with each client, patiently helping colleagues process orders; aware of my shortcomings, I actively organized learning and training, leading the team to progress together; during busy production periods, I went to the workshop and worked side-by-side with frontline employees, packing, labeling, and packaging—every step left my mark; to optimize products and control costs, I searched for high-quality suppliers and repeatedly communicated and coordinated to improve efficiency while ensuring quality.

 

In this way, through day-to-day practice, I became familiar with every position and every colleague in the company, and also established deep trust with many clients. When colleagues encounter problems, they always think of me first. This trust has become the driving force for my continuous progress.



 

III. Through Storms and Stress, Welcoming the Dawn of Development

 

From 2018 to 2019, the e-commerce wave swept through, and the Bozhou flower and herbal tea industry fell into the vortex of price wars. The industry saw ridiculously low prices, and many old customers called to question our product prices. During that time, pressure hung over me like a dark cloud.
 

But I always kept in mind President Shen's teachings to "do every small thing well," and I calmly tackled the problems one by one by communicating deeply with customers, carefully analyzing product costs, and optimizing processes while ensuring quality; using data to calculate costs with customers and moving them with sincerity. Although we lost some customers in the process, we also gained a group of loyal partners who consistently trusted Wansongtang. The facts proved that low prices and poor quality cannot last—those customers who had left eventually chose to cooperate with us again after seeing our determination to uphold quality.


 

In 2020, Wansongtang ushered in a new leap forward. Today, this company, which has weathered thirty years of storms, has become renowned in the industry, achieving the reputation of "Tongrentang in the north, Wansongtang in the south." Furthermore, Wansongtang has expanded its presence overseas, and its multi-category collaborative development is progressing well.
 

IV. Shouldering Responsibilities, Heading Towards the Vast Ocean of Stars

 

In 2025, I was appointed as the Group Vice President, overseeing the Group's Marketing Department, responsible for the group's intellectual property, planning and design, operation and promotion, brand management, and coordinating the Wuhan company. The promotion means increased responsibility, and only with a dedicated and proactive approach can I deliver satisfactory results.



 

As Wansongtang is about to celebrate its 30th anniversary, this is not only a significant milestone in the company's development but also the starting point for our new journey. I am full of enthusiasm and expectation, hoping to contribute strong momentum to the group's development with my professional skills and unremitting efforts, and to write a brilliant chapter at this critical juncture.

 


 

Sixteen years of sailing together through storms and stress, I have witnessed Wansongtang's transformation from cultivating the local market to expanding internationally, and Wansongtang has carried my youth and dreams. In the future, I will continue to work with the company with a high sense of responsibility and mission, towards "Creating the world's leading brand in the health industry" with unwavering steps and courageous strides!
